Who We Are

Kirsten graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). Kirsten works with children, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing a broad range of life challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence.

Kirsten uses a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and positive psychology.

Kirsten is passionate in providing a safe and comfortable space for clients to feel listened too and understood. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, going for walks and spending time with family and friends.
